Review

On my first try on the questioniare I found out that peoples reaction towards the breakfast club trailer was quite positive more than half would consider watching it in the cinema and more than half agreed that the music had suited the trailer and the scenes.

the people who had completed the questionnaire where mostly of the same categories, 15-18s and most girls. This could have affected it as it would be a movie targeted at their age group. I could have gotten more of a variety if different ages to do the questionnaire and to get a more wider response.

Also to improve I could have included more questions about the trailer about the genre, and who they think it appeals to and also what they think

This is the first day of my life as the new georgia- - mid close up girl talking
(music increasing volume in the background)

*when your 15 yrs old you know how exactly it works....voice over talking about georgia
georgia and school friends-
talks about wearing a bra- growing up suggests its a bout a girl who goes to school and is trying to grow up but of course there are going to problems in the way,
asking her friend is she meant she thought she was fat,- teenage worries
- self appearance- shaving her eyebrows infront of the mirror and it goung wrong. and then covering it with her fringe.

*voice over- : but when it comes to the important thing you havent got a clue

- two fit lads walking- all four girls stare-
then scenes of them stalking the boy to find out more- suggests that in the movie shes going to try to know him. - in the ad it  shows hes got a girlfriend- self-concience- right after the scene where they show the boy has a girlfriend she looks at herslef in a spoon :
"im very ugly and i should stay in an ugly home"

repeats phrases: repitiion of his name -
change of music- to suit th clips- fast paced- faces the camera and talks- makes the audience feel like theyre included in what hes doing.

"lets surrender..never"- make the audience wonder what they doing- fast paste- mentions dirty harry-





Breakfast club:

already shows the people are in detention
shows the differences between them
a brain
a beauty
a jock
a rebel
and a reckless
already it shows that there might be arguements and disagreements between them.

Juno:

already its shows a girl that is pregnant- talking to her friend on the phone:
her room sugests that she is a teenegaer with all yhe poters and pictures-
implies that the movie would be a bout a teenage pregnancy and how the girl goes through it making tough  desicions while stiil not having reached the desired maturity that most would say is needed before going througfh pregnancy.

Persopolis:

a cartoon in black and white:
about the revolutions in in iran- starts of with slow music and reviews from newspapers and awards that film has won-

shows lots of locations:
a very busy trailer- lots going on-
a girl - teenager- going through life-moving house/country/(almost) boys- friends-
all these shown in the trailer implies the movie will be a bout a regular girl goung through life.


Son of Rambow:
a small boy with a shooting bow and arrow pointing towards the camera saying any last request...and then shoots the cat on the boys head-
alreadt shows  the kids are the main part of the film-
shows the distributers/producers? - paramount vintage-
shows hes entering a movie competition- i think cant understand what he said
music in the background - the two boys running around- one says hes a son of rambow-
suggests what kind of movie the boys are making-
people are asking to be in - guesses what happens- jealousy  and religion between the boys and the try and sort it out so to make the film
